Tenant Expansion
We have recently helped our tenant to expand into adjacent property. Originally located at 65 15th Street ground floor and mezzanine, La Trafila LLC needed an additional to allow their business to grow. We were able to perform alteration work to the property next door in order to match the exterior steel and glass design as well as add large skylights to allow for abundance of natural light in the space.
